About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage and qualify incoming sales leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
Your primary responsibility will be to own incoming leads from the moment they enter the sales pipeline — contacting prospects quickly, understanding their requirements, qualifying the opportunity, scheduling product demonstrations, and consistently following up to move prospects through the sales process.
You will act as the first point of contact for prospective customers and play an key role in ensuring that genuine opportunities do not get lost due to delayed responses or inadequate follow-up.
Key ResponsibilitiesIncoming Lead Management – Primary Responsibility
- Handle incoming leads generated through the website, marketing campaigns, referrals, WhatsApp, calls, partnerships, and other lead-generation channels.
- Contact new leads promptly and ensure defined response-time SLAs are consistently met.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the prospect's company,



current processes, pain points, requirements, and reason for evaluating the product.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria such as customer profile, use case, company size, requirement, decision-making process, urgency, and buying intent.
- Identify the relevant decision-makers and stakeholders involved in the purchase.
- Clearly communicate the product's core value proposition and determine whether there is a potential fit.
- Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects and coordinate with the relevant sales team member.
- Ensure prospects attend scheduled demos through confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling where required.
- Conduct persistent and structured follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other appropriate channels.
