nAbout Atomik
nAtomik Growth (atomikgrowth.com) helps the biggest tech podcasts, VCs, and tech companies find alpha in marketing by blending creative with distribution. We grew 10x in the last six months. Our clients are the names you already follow: Acquired, My First Million, a16z, Kleiner Perkins, and many more.

nWe're dominant and moving fast, which means there's chaos to tame. You'll build the processes and systems that let this division scale without breaking, while leaving room for the creative work to stay great. Structure that serves the craft, not structure that strangles it.
nYou'll also push our podcasting product and services forward. You sit closest to what clients need and where delivery gets stuck, so you'll shape what we offer and how we package it. Much of our delivery runs through our India team and many of our clients are in SF, so you'll be the connective tissue between them, keeping the handoff seamless.
