About Medanta:
nMedanta is established with the sole mission to deliver world-class, holistic and affordable healthcare through multiple multi-speciality hospitals in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR), Lucknow, Patna, Indore and Ranchi. We have a dedicated function for Clinical Research and manage other healthcare service delivery lines which are Retail Pharmacy, Retail Laboratory and “Care at Home”. We further plan to scale up and expand in few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues (Academics - Medical College) within the Healthcare eco-system.

nCore requirement:

- n
- Strong experience in Campaign Management / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing n
- Campaign Analytics should be the primary strength — campaign performance, customer segmentation, conversion, engagement, ROI, retention, LTV, etc.n
- Around 30% campaign execution , with the larger role being strategy, analytics, optimization and stakeholder managementn




- Experience in designing and optimizing retention, engagement, upsell/cross-sell and lifecycle campaigns n
- Strong understanding of WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Push/Web Push and preferably other CRM channelsn
- Understanding of basic content marketing — content themes, formats, communication journeys and campaign creativesn
- Strong stakeholder management , especially ability to work with senior stakeholders and multiple cross-functional teamsn
- In this role, ability to engage with Doctors/clinical stakeholders , take their inputs, get content approved and align them to campaign objectives will be keyn
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate data/analytics into campaign recommendations and business actions n
- Strong analytical and number-crunching skillsn
- Exposure to CRM/engagement platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Netcore or similar is desirable. The JD specifically mentions these tools.n
