nRole Description

nThis is a full-time in office role for a Business Development Executive at Eastern Book Company in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for new business development, business communication,



and lead generation.

nResponsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.n
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via call to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.n
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.n
- Sales Proposals: Prepare and deliver proposals to potential customers. Tailor proposals to meet customer requirements and highlight the organization's value proposition.n
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.n
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions
