nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a strategic and experienced Group Head – Media Planning & Buying to lead media planning, strategy and client relationships across a portfolio of brands. The role will be responsible for driving digital media solutions across brand (majorly) and performance (minority) mandates , leading teams, managing senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities for business growth.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Lead end-to-end media strategy and planning across Search, Social, Programmatic, Display, Video, Affiliates and other digital channels.n
- Own senior-level client relationships , acting as a strategic partner and primary escalation point.n
- Develop annual, quarterly and monthly media plans , including forecasting, budget allocation and growth opportunities.n
- Drive campaign performance against key business objectives including ROAS, revenue, reach, conversions, CPA and ROI .n
- Lead performance reviews, business reviews and strategic presentations with senior client stakeholders.n




- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling and new business development .n
- Lead and mentor team - ensuring quality, efficiency and timely delivery.n
- Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, Content, Technology and Platform teams to deliver integrated solutions.n
- Stay updated on media/platform innovations, emerging channels and industry trends and translate them into client opportunities.n
- Ensure strong governance, process adherence and operational excellence across accounts.n

nKey Requirements

- n
- 7-10 years of experience in digital media planning, preferably within a media/digital agency.n
- Robust expertise across Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Programmatic and other digital media platforms .n
- Experience managing both performance and brand campaigns .n
- Proven experience independently handling large enterprise clients and senior stakeholders .n
- Strong understanding of media strategy,
