Role : Executive Escalation Help Desk

nJob Location : Client Office - Gurgaon
nShift : 5 days working (Monday to Sunday) with weekend working as well on rotation basis

nEducation:
n• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
n• Non-technical graduation
n• Must have completed 15 years of regular education
n
nMust Have Skills:
n• Good written Comm Skills, with valuable ability to comprehend emails effectively to understand customer issues
n
nGood To Have Skills:
n• Prior airline experience would be a crucial and highly preferred requirement (worked on Airline tools, like Amedus etc)
n
nKey Responsibilities:
n• 100% Work from Office at client location in Gurugram office.
n• 5 days working (Monday to Sunday) with weekend working as well on rotation basis.
n• Prior airline experience would be a crucial and highly preferred requirement.
n• Experience of having worked in Customer Service Environment. No freshers only experienced candidates.
n• Good written Comm Skills, with good ability to comprehend emails effectively to understand customer issues.
n• Understand the complainants perspective and nature of complaint to work across teams to get the same resolved in timely manner.
n• Would require to work on multiple applications and work with different Client's Departments to work/facilitate all customer issue resolutions.
n• Good Verbal skills to call customers if required to gather additional information and resolve customer issues.
n• No transport facilities and candidate will have to travel on their own. There will be no additional cost reimbursements for any transport costs.
n• Positions will directly report to Client Supervisor with parallel reporting to TCS Supervisor as well.
