Overview
We are looking for a Service & Configuration Lead to own Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) for Planet’s production estate – the service catalogue, the configuration management databases (CMDBs) and the end-to-end map of how Planet’s systems connect. You will drive the service catalogue, keep configuration data accurate and current – application owners, dependencies and the attributes teams rely on – and build the single, trusted view of the estate that underpins incident, change, capacity and audit decisions.
