nAre you an experienced maritime claims skilled with expertise in P&I; Claims, FD&D; Disputes, Marine Insurance, and Shipping Law ?
nWe are looking for an Assistant Claims Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in managing maritime claims while coordinating with P&I; Clubs, legal counsel, surveyors, and key stakeholders across the shipping industry.

nKey Responsibilities
n✔ Manage and support P&I; and FD&D; claims for shipping clients
n✔ Coordinate with P&I; Clubs, surveyors, consultants, and external legal counsel
n✔ Handle claims investigations, negotiations, and settlements
n✔ Review legal reports, claims documentation, and Statements of Account
n✔ Support Board reporting, claims analysis, and reporting activities
n✔ Contribute to loss prevention initiatives and industry seminars
n✔ Attend investigations and legal proceedings,



as required
nPreferred Candidate Profile
n✔ 3–5 years of relevant experience in FD&D; disputes and marine insurance claims
n✔ LLB/LLM qualification ; an advanced degree in Maritime Law will be preferred
n✔ Candidates with a Maritime/Shipping background are strongly preferred
n✔ Experience with a P&I; Club, Shipping Company, or Maritime Law Firm will be an advantage
n✔ Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and project management skills
n✔ Immediate joiners are preferred
nWe looking are looking for immediate joiner for this role who are from maritime background and who done LLB/LLM
