Role Overview:
nWe are looking for an experienced Plant Manager with strong hands-on experience in beverage manufacturing to lead end-to-end operations of our manufacturing plant.

nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Lead end-to-end beverage plant operations , production planning and execution.n
- Drive production efficiency, OEE, yield improvement and cost optimization .n
- Oversee Quality, Food Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Warehouse & Dispatch .n
- Lead CAPEX, plant expansion, commissioning and process improvement initiatives.n
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, BIS, GMP, HACCP and other applicable standards.n
- Lead and develop plant teams, ensuring strong people management, productivity and operational discipline .n
- Drive continuous improvement,



operational excellence and achievement of plant KPIs.n

nKey Requirements:
n
- n
- 10–15 years of total experience with solid Beverage Industry experience – Mandatory. n
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Plant Manager / Plant Head in a beverage manufacturing facility.n
- Strong exposure to beverage production, bottling/packaging, utilities and plant operations .n
- Proven experience in managing large plant teams and cross-functional operations.n
- Candidates from Beverage Manufacturing only will be considered.n
