CTC Range- 14- 16 LPA (depending on relevant experience and current compensation)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager – West to lead the sales and distribution operations for the Kores Office Products business across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Goa .
The role will be responsible for driving top-line growth, profitability, market expansion, channel development and team productivity across a large and diverse territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and distribution for the West Region , covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Goa.
- Manage a large sales organisation comprising approximately 10 Managers and 35+ Sales Officers , along with 350+ distributors and dealers .
- Drive regional sales, revenue growth,



profitability and market share in line with business objectives.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, territory plans and channel initiatives to achieve business targets.
- Build, strengthen and expand the distribution network , with a focus on new market and outlet development.
- Identify opportunities for recent outlet activation, market expansion and deeper product penetration .
- Develop and implement innovative sales schemes, promotions and channel initiatives to accelerate growth.
- Take ownership of primary and secondary sales , inventory movement and channel productivity.
- Ensure effective stock planning and availability across the region in coordination with CFAs, depots and channel partners.
- Manage and monitor CFA and company-run depot operations , ensuring efficient stock management and timely market servicing.
