This role serves as a primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for promoting financial products, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

- Compensation: INR 3 Lakhs to 4.5 Lakhs Per Annum + Unlimited Performance Incentives n
- Eligibility: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduates; Freshers are welcomen

nProfile: International Sales Consultant (Inside Sales)

- Product Promotion: Assist customers telephonically regarding a diverse range of insurance and financial products.n
- Sales Execution:



Understand customer requirements accurately to close sales cycles successfully.n
- Target Management: Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets with efficiency.n
- Internal Coordination: Respond promptly to all internal communications and maintain accurate pipeline logs.n

nCandidate Profile & Qualifications

- Minimum Education: Intermediate (10+2 passed) or equivalent qualification. Graduate degrees are preferred.n
- Experience Level: 0 to 5 years of experience. Prior experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory.n
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and active listening capabilities.n
- Functional Competencies: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.n
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office applications.n
- Core Attributes: Quick learner, result-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.n
