About the Role
Himalyan Acoustics is looking for an

Architect – Acoustics & Project Consultancy

to establish and manage our architectural consultancy presence in Bengaluru.
This is a

technical, design and client-facing role , combining architectural understanding with acoustic consultancy, project coordination, drawings and BOQ preparation.
The candidate will work closely with

architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and project owners , understand their project requirements and provide suitable acoustic and soundproofing solutions using products manufactured by Himalyan Acoustics as an OEM.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect & Client Coordination
Develop and maintain skilled relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and contractors.
Visit architectural firms and project sites to understand upcoming and ongoing projects.




Attend client/architect meetings and understand project requirements.
Present acoustic solutions and technical recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
Act as the local technical point of contact for Himalyan Acoustics in Bengaluru.
2. Acoustic Consultancy
Understand acoustic requirements for residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, industrial and other projects.
Recommend appropriate

soundproofing and acoustic treatment solutions

based on project requirements.
Understand room acoustics, sound transmission, reverberation, noise control and basic acoustic principles.
Integrate acoustic solutions with architectural and interior design requirements.
Suggest suitable materials, systems, assemblies and installation methods.
3. Drawings & Technical Documentation
Read and interpret architectural, interior, structural and MEP drawings.
Prepare and/or coordinate
