About the Role

We are looking for a talented and hands-on

Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience

to join our engineering team. The candidate should have strong expertise in

Python, Go, and PostgreSQL , with a good understanding of building scalable backend systems and APIs.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can understand complex business requirements, design practical technical solutions, and independently build production-ready systems.
We also expect engineers to be comfortable using

AI-powered development tools

to improve coding productivity, debugging, testing, documentation, and overall engineering efficiency.
Exposure to AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI is a

plus but not mandatory .

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using

Python and Go .
Build reliable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for enterprise applications.
Design and optimize

PostgreSQL

databases, queries, schemas, indexes, and data models.




Understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services that can scale with business requirements.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
Debug complex technical problems and perform root-cause analysis.
Optimize application performance, database queries, and backend services.
Work closely with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
Use AI coding tools effectively for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and development assistance.
Continuously evaluate and adopt contemporary engineering tools and practices.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional software development experience.
Minimum qualification:

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field . B.E./B.Tech/MCA or
