nAbout the role
nThis isn't a role where you'll own one small part of the business.
nAs a Cluster Business Manager , you'll take ownership of approximately 3 Zolo properties — from filling vacant beds and converting customers to running day-to-day operations, managing property teams and delivering a strong resident experience.
nThink of it as getting an opportunity to run a small business early in your career.
nYou’ll own:
n→ Sales — leads, walk-ins, conversions and bookings
n→ Occupancy — keeping beds filled and finding new demand
n→ Operations — ensuring your properties run smoothly every day
n→ Customers — experience, complaints, retention and relationships
n→ People — leading and managing your property teams




n→ Numbers — knowing where your cluster stands and what needs to improve
