We are looking for a sharp, experienced, and client-focused Visa Officer who can take full ownership of cases and deliver outstanding service at every stage of the visa journey.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Handle end-to-end visa and immigration processes for a diverse client basen
- Walk clients through every step — document verification, application forms, appointment booking & follow-upsn
- Submit applications accurately and within deadlines, in full compliance with government requirementsn
- Prepare visa fee quotations and respond to client queries with clarity and confidencen
- Keep pace with evolving visa regulations, embassy circulars & immigration law updatesn
- Own your caseload, ensure every client is updated and never left in the darkn
- Build genuine,



lasting relationships with clients and bring a positive energy to the teamn

nExperience and skills:
n
- n
- Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism, Business Admin or related fieldn
- 1–3 years in visa application processingn
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)n
- Excellent written & verbal English communicationn
- Strong attention to detail & a customer-first mindsetn
- Able to work independently and collaborativelyn
