Role Summary
nWe are looking for an organised, communicative and detail-oriented Placement Intern (6 Months) to support the placement operations of the NIC project. You will be the link between our learners, the placement team and our clients. You will keep placement data accurate and up to date, coordinate day-to-day execution, and follow up with stakeholders so that placement activities run smoothly and on time.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Placement Data Management

- Collect, update and maintain learner and placement data in trackers and MIS reportsn
- Clean, validate and standardise data: remove duplicates, fix formatting errors, fill gaps and verify records against source documentsn
- Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for the placement teamn
- Maintain data confidentiality and version controln

n2. Learner Coordination

- n
- Act as the point of contact for learners on placement-related queriesn
- Communicate schedules, eligibility criteria, documentation needs and interview or drive detailsn




- Follow up with learners for profile completion, document submission and attendance at placement eventsn
- Keep track of learner status through the placement pipeline (shortlisted, interviewed, selected, joined)n

n3. Client Coordination and Follow-ups

- Hold regular communication with client SPOCs via email, calls and messagesn
- Follow up on pending requirements, feedback, interview outcomes and closuresn
- Share candidate profiles and updates in the required formatsn
- Escalate delays or issues to the team lead in positive timen

n4. Execution Support

- n
- Help plan and run placement activities such as drives, interviews and orientation sessionsn
- Coordinate logistics and documentation for client meetingsn
- Travel to client locations for meetings or on-ground execution when requiredn
- Support the placement team with any ad hoc tasks connected to the NIC projectn
