Mistry Marketing is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Creative & Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visually engaging designs that make an impact.
We are looking for someone who understands not only design tools, but also branding, visual communication, social media creatives, advertising graphics, and marketing-focused design .
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on multiple brands and creating designs for different platforms while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Design marketing creatives for advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Create banners, promotional graphics, website creatives, product graphics, and digital marketing assets.
- Develop visually appealing layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work closely with the marketing,



social media, content, and advertising teams.
- Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into robust visual concepts.
- Create multiple design variations for campaigns and A/B testing.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and formats.
- Work on branding materials, promotional campaigns, presentations, and other creative requirements.
- Maintain organized design files and reusable brand assets.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions within required timelines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and digital advertising creative styles.
- Contribute creative ideas rather than only executing provided instructions.

Essential SkillsWe are looking for hands-on experience with:
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva

Candidates should have a good understanding of:
- Typography
- Layout and composition
- Color combinations
- Bran
