Summary:
The Indus HRIS Senior Associate (Oracle HCM Integrations) supports the design, delivery, and ongoing operations of HR technology integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and downstream platforms (e.g., payroll, perks, identity and access management, time, learning, finance, data/analytics, and third-party vendors). This role focuses on integration intake, requirements translation, mapping, testing, deployment coordination, and production support to ensure secure, accurate, and timely employee data movement across systems. The position partners closely with HRIS functional leads, IT/integration teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions and improve data quality and process automation.

Responsibilities:
Integration Delivery & Enhancements
Support end-to-end integration delivery between Oracle HCM and downstream applications, including requirements gathering, data mapping, design inputs, testing, and release coordination.
Translate HR/process needs into integration requirements, including interface triggers, data dependencies,



transformation rules, and validation criteria.
Partner with technical resources (internal IT, integration team, vendors) to implement and enhance integrations using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based interfaces (SFTP, CSV/XML).
Contribute to integration strategies that reduce manual effort and improve reliability (e.g., automation, standardization, reusable mapping logic).
Data Quality, Controls & Reconciliation
Monitor integration outcomes and execute data reconciliation (source-to-target validation, counts, exceptions, and trend analysis).
Investigate and resolve interface defects and data issues (e.g., missing fields, incorrect mappings, downstream rejects).
Help define and document data governance controls, such as validation checks, audit trails, and secure handling of sensitive data.
Testing & Release Management
Execute test plans, including SIT/UAT
