Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial record keeping, and day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting the smooth financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.n
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.n
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and financial documents.n
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.n
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, income, and financial transactions.n
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax-related accounting activities.n
- Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting statements.n
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables and payables.n
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.n




- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external accountants when required.n
- Support audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting requirements.n
- Perform other accounting and financial tasks assigned by management.n

Required Skillsn
- n
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.n
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, Microsoft Office, or similar accounting software.n
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxation procedures.n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.n
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.n
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.n
- Good communication and organizational skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.n
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred.n
- Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge may also apply.n
