About the Role:
Our mission is to create effortless customer-centric digital experiences that enable customers to buy and manage their insurance policies digitally, by ensuring cost-effective, scalable, and secured platform for all our products. Responsible for managing the “end-to-end” Digital product engineering portfolio, the Digital Product Engineer will build best-in-class digital platforms to execute the Business/Customer objectives.

Key responsibilities:
Provide solution oriented Engineering oversight for building & maintaining direct to consumer digital platform for Bharti AXA Insurance
Work with the Digital product managers and implementation partners to lead the platform design and implementation of the product backlog
Weekly Measurement of Technical KPIs for D2C Digital Assets including website performance and user experience with actionable for improvement




Enable robust integration solutions between Distribution partners and Bharti AXA via Technology provided backend APIs
Collaborate with Digital Product managers for delivering and tracking the Business & Technology KPIs & metrics as part of the business plan
Collaborate with back end IT teams for right set of APIs and other integration dependencies
Identify the best practices & guidelines for engineering (including DevSecOps and Test Automation) and create adoption plan
Manage relationships with IT teams, partners/vendors
Disciplined experimentation with new models & platforms for higher business benefits

Well versed with Application component architecture, design & integration patterns
Experienced with use of technologies like APIs & Microservices, Content Management Systems, Modern Front end technologies like React/AngularJS, Rule engine, Building conversational interfaces using
