We’re Hiring – Customer Support Associate (CSA)
n

nEVE Healthcare | Gurugram
n

nWe’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team and help patients with their diagnostic bookings and queries.
n

n Location: Sector 65, Gurugram
n Salary: ₹20,000 in-hand
n 1 meal provided daily
n Monday–Saturday | 9 AM–5 PM
n

nWhat you’ll do:
n• Handle patient calls & WhatsApp
n• Book diagnostic appointments
n• Coordinate with diagnostic centres
n• Follow up with patients
n

nWho can apply:
n• Freshers | 18–25 years
n• Positive Hindi communication
n• Basic English & computer/WhatsApp knowledge
n• Polite, confident and willing to learn
n
