nSales Officer General Trade (FMCG) | Goa
nExperience: Minimum 2-5 Years in GT in GOA
nLocation: Goa

nCTC: Maximum gross up to 45 KPM
nResponsible for driving primary & secondary sales, distributor management, outlet expansion and market coverage across the assigned Goa territory.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.n
- Manage distributors, stockists, wholesalers and retail outlets.n
- Drive secondary sales and ensure effective outlet coverage.n
- Develop new outlets and expand the customer base.n
- Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.n
- Implement company schemes, promotions and trade activities.n
- Monitor distributor stock, billing, collections and outstanding payments.n




- Track competitor activities, pricing and market trends.n
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.n

nRequirements: Minimum 25 years of FMCG General Trade sales experience, preferably with knowledge of the Goa market. Robust distributor handling, retail execution and target-achievement skills. Good communication and negotiation skills required.
