We are currently looking for Real Estate Salesperson for our company Zero Fee Homes, backed by TLS Group which is a Gurgaon-based real estate consultancy focused on making property transactions straightforward, seamless and transparent.

Our objective is to provide customers with professional real estate advisory, verified property options and end-to-end support while eliminating unnecessary brokerage and subscription costs. We work across residential and commercial real estate, including new projects, resale properties, builder floors, apartments,



plots and investment opportunities.

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Gurgaon.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting property leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable properties, conducting site visits and managing the customer journey from initial enquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Generate and handle leads for residential and commercial properties in Gurgaon.
•⁠ ⁠Understand clients’ budget, location preferences, property requirements and investment objectives.
•⁠ ⁠Recommend suitable properties based on customer requirements.
•⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective buyers.
•⁠ ⁠Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
