Support the Global Employment Tax Manager and Regional Employment Tax Leads by providing operational, analytical and administrative support across global employment tax activities. Assist with compliance reporting, tax calculations, audit preparation, data analysis, risk tracking and process improvement activities to help ensure a consistent, compliant and productive approach to employment tax obligations globally.

•Support the tracking of global employment tax requirements and identified risks, including those relating to payroll, benefits, expenses, equity compensation and business travelers.
•Assist in preparing employment tax reporting and compliance submissions.
•Gather, validate and reconcile employment tax data from HR, Payroll, Finance and external providers.
•Support Regional Leads and the Employment Tax Manager with employment tax compliance activities across multiple countries.
•Maintain documentation relating to employment tax obligations, controls and reporting requirements.

Payroll Tax Compliance Support




•Assist in reviewing payroll outputs and supporting data to identify potential employment tax discrepancies.
•Support payroll compliance reviews and testing activities.
•Prepare data analysis and reconciliations to support payroll tax reporting requirements.
•Escalate identified issues, control weaknesses or data anomalies to the Employment Tax Manager.

Tax Calculations & Reporting
•Prepare employment tax calculations, including gross-up, net-to-gross and tax reimbursement calculations, following established methodologies.
•Collate compensation data required for tax reporting and tax return preparation.
•Prepare information packages for external tax providers.
•Assist with year-end reporting processes and other recurring employment tax activities.

Audit & Risk Management
•Collate and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits.
•Support responses to information requests from auditors, tax authorities and external advisors.
