nRoles and Responsibilities:
n1. Accounting & Financial Reporting:
n
- n
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.n




- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.n
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.n
- Manage P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reporting.n
- Ensure proper accounting of revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and provisions.n
- Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.n
- Ensure books of accounts are maintained accurately in accordance with applicable accounting standards.n

n2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance:

- n
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.n
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payment of applicable taxes.n
- Coordinate with tax consultants and external professionals as required.n
- Support tax assessments, audits, notices, and related documentation.n
- Maintain accurate tax records and supporting documentation.n
