Role Description The Marketing Communications Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.



This position is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications strategies that support Espangle’s consulting services and proprietary brands across hospitality, dining, and food retail. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and creating press releases, crafting brand narratives, managing content for digital and offline channels, and coordinating campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, managing timelines and deliverables for multiple projects, and monitoring campaign performance to refine communications strategies. The Manager will work closely with leadership to align communication initiatives with business goals and represent Espangle’s voice across media, partner, and stakeholder touchpoints.
