nRole Overview :
nAs an Area Sales Manager (ASM) , you will be responsible for building and scaling a robust multi-tier distribution network within your assigned territory. Your core focus will be to appoint and manage distribution partners, drive retail penetration, and consistently achieve both primary and secondary sales . You will oversee field operations, manage channel hygiene,



and lead a high-performing sales team to ensure sustainable business growth and market leadership.

nResponsibilities
n# Create channel presence across the assigned Territory and ensure width and depth of Distribution
n# Appoint Distribution Channel Partners as per plan and ensure retail coverage
n# Manage the Distributor Sales Officers as per Company Norms and Extract desired productivity
n# Guide, Motivate, Train and mentor DSOs, channel partners and their staff
n# Build lasting equation with key retail outlets and create brand visibility and presence across the territory
n# Ensure Profitabilty and Health of Distribution Channel Partners and help them to achieve business Profitability.

nQualifications
n# We are looking only for people with 5+ years expereince in Pure FMCG Sales and Distribution Management functions.
n# He/She Must possess Excellent communication skills in their Local/Regional Language
