About us
n Kwanta Communications is a creative agency building brand, campaign, and digital work across a growing roster of clients. We are looking for a creative who can both write and think in ideas, someone who turns a brief into a concept and then into copy that lands.
nThe role
nThis is a core creative seat. You will own copy across the full spread of agency work, and just as importantly, you will bring the ideas: campaign concepts, angles, and creative directions, not just words on a page. You will help build and execute brand IPs and campaign properties, and partner closely with design and video to turn concepts into integrated work. It suits a versatile, energetic creative who is a strong writer first and a natural idea generator second.

- Write clear, persuasive copy across campaigns, social, web, email, and scriptsn
- Generate creative concepts and campaign ideas, taking briefs beyond executionn
- Develop and execute brand IPs and campaign properties, from concept through to rolloutn




- Partner with design and video to turn ideas into finished, integrated workn
- Adapt tone and voice to fit each brandn
- Edit and proofread your own work to a high standard, on brief and on timen
- Bring ideas to brainstorms and help shape creative directionn
- Scriptwriting for video/films or social reelsn

nWhat we're looking for
n
- n
- 2 to 4 years in a copywriting or creative role, with an agency background strongly preferredn
- A strong portfolio showing both writing craft and creative ideas or campaign conceptsn
- Excellent writing: grammar, structure, brand voice, and range across formatsn
- Genuine conceptual thinking, the ability to come up with ideas, not just polish briefsn
- Proficient in writing effective AI prompts to support ideation and content creationn
- Comfort handling multiple brands and deadlines without dropping qualityn
