nKey Responsibilities
n● Build and execute the overall content strategy for Lanstitut across social media platforms
n● Own the brand narrative and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning
n● Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business objectives
n● Translate business goals into clear content themes, formats, and storylines
n● Collaborate with designers, video editors, and performance marketers to create high-impact content
n● Review, edit, and optimise content to maintain quality and relevance
n● Analyse content performance and refine strategy based on insights and trends




n● Stay updated with social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform best practices
n

nRequirements
n● 2–3 years of proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role
n● Graduation is mandatory
n● Robust understanding of social media platforms and content ecosystems
n● Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills
n● Ability to think strategically and execute consistently
n● Experience in building brand voice and long-term narratives
n● Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
