About the role
This isn't a role where you'll own one small part of the business.
As a Cluster Business Manager , you'll take ownership of approximately 3 Zolo properties — from filling vacant beds and converting customers to running day-to-day operations, managing property teams and delivering a strong resident experience.
Think of it as getting an opportunity to run a small business early in your career.
You’ll own:
→ Sales — leads, walk-ins, conversions and bookings
→ Occupancy — keeping beds filled and finding current demand
→ Operations — ensuring your properties run smoothly every day
→ Customers — experience, complaints, retention and relationships
→ People — leading and managing your property teams
→ Numbers — knowing where your cluster stands and what needs to improve
