nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager who can drive cross-functional
ntechnology programs from planning through execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will
nhave a robust engineering/technical background and experience transitioning into
nprogram/project management, with the ability to work closely with Engineering, Product, QA,
nInfrastructure, and Business teams.
nThe role requires strong execution discipline, data-driven program governance, and the ability to
nproactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint
nReviews, and Retrospectives.
n• Track and improve velocity, sprint execution, delivery predictability, and overall
nprogram health.
n• Own and maintain RAID Logs covering Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies,




nwith proactive identification and escalation.
n• Build and maintain execution dashboards using Jira and Excel to provide actionable
ninsights into program progress, bottlenecks, risks, and delivery performance.
n• Leverage Jira/JQL, dashboards, Excel Pivot Tables, Lookups, and reporting
ncapabilities for effective program tracking and governance.
n• Drive release readiness across Engineering, QA, Product, Infra, and Business
nstakeholders.
n• Establish data-backed Go/No-Go criteria and facilitate release decision-making.
n• Act as the connective layer between Engineering, QA, Product, Infrastructure, and
nBusiness teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
n• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path items to ensure programs
nremain on schedule.

nmitigation and contingency plans.
