Title: CSDM / Taxonomy Configuration Manager - ServiceNow
Duration: 12-month contract with potential extension
Billing Rate: Open
Location: India (remote)
Interview Process: 1-2 rounds via Teams

Must Haves:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience implementing or operationalizing CSDM in ServiceNow.
- Experience with DPM and Service Builder
- Hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience in an organization that already uses ITSM, ITAM, BCM and ITOM.
- Experience with Employee Center, content taxonomy, Service Catalog and catalog items associated with services or service offerings.
- Working knowledge of CMDB concepts, CI classes, relationships, service instances, business applications, business services and technology management services.
- Experience analyzing or configuring request routing, fulfillment groups, approvals, flows or assignment logic in a global or multi-entity workplace.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, document requirements, write user stories,



test configurations and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent practical platform experience.
- Exposure to ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Employee Center or Service Catalog training/certification.
- Experience with Flow Designer, decision tables, assignment rules, business rules, import sets or data certification.
- Experience supporting global organizations with multiple regions, divisions, support models, languages or regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of data governance, configuration management, Agile delivery and release management.

The CSDM / Taxonomy Configuration Manager will configure, govern and continuously improve ServiceNow service data, taxonomy and catalog relationships in a complex global organization.
