Role Overview
We are looking for a senior business leader to drive growth for our Video and Content Production vertical.
The role will have a 70% focus on new business development and a 30% focus on strategic client relationships and account growth.
The person will be responsible for building relationships with brands and marketing teams, identifying content and production opportunities, understanding briefs, developing solutions with internal teams and converting opportunities into long-term business.
This role requires someone who understands that video today goes beyond traditional production, spanning digital films, branded content, social-first video, creator-led content, content IPs and integrated content solutions.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development – 70%
- Drive current business for the Video and Content Production vertical by building a strong and consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Build relationships with brands, marketing teams,



agencies and relevant business partners, while proactively identifying upcoming campaigns and content requirements.
- Lead client meetings, discovery conversations and briefing discussions to understand the business and communication objectives behind opportunities.
- Work closely with Creative, Strategy and Production teams to develop relevant solutions and lead proposals, presentations, commercial discussions and closures.
- Identify opportunities across video, branded content, social-first, creator-led and other content-led solutions, based on client needs.
- Build a sustainable pipeline focused on repeat and long-term business rather than only transactional project opportunities.

Client Partnerships & Account Growth – 30%
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, extending engagement beyond individual projects.
- Understand client businesses, marketing calendars and upcoming content req
