We’re Hiring: Finance & Accounts Executive

nLocation: Santacruz West, Mumbai
nWork mode: Full time, work from office
nSalary: depending on experience

nWe are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day company accounting, maintain personal and family investment records, and support finance-related administrative work.
n

nYou will work under the guidance of our Chartered Accountant, CA Rumeet Maru, and financial advisor, Rajesh Sampat.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n

nCompany Accounts & Finance
n

n* Maintain accounting entries, invoices, expense records and supporting documents.
n* Track client receivables, vendor payments and payment deadlines.
n* Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements and petty cash.
n* Prepare monthly summaries of income, expenses, outstanding payments and cash balances.
n* Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, tax filings and other compliance requirements.
n

nPersonal & Investment Records
n

n* Maintain accurate entries for personal and family investments,



including purchases, redemptions, interest and dividends.
n* Update investment trackers and reconcile records with bank and investment statements.
n* Organise investment documents, statements, tax reports and transaction confirmations.
n* Coordinate with Rajesh Sampat, banks and investment providers for documentation, KYC and transaction follow-ups.
n* Track investment maturities, payout dates and pending documentation.
n

nAdministrative Support
n

n* Maintain organised digital and physical financial records.
n* Assist with forms, paperwork, renewals and routine administrative tasks.
n* Follow up with banks, vendors and service providers.
n* Handle confidential company and personal financial information with discretion.
n

nCandidate Requirements
n

n* B.Com or a similar qualification in accounting or finance.
n* Preferably 1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
