nKey Responsibilities:

- Build a team n
- Generate and manage key account business, leads to conversion n
- Develop and management of team n
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships n
- Develop and maintain channel partners n




- Achieve quarterly sales targets through team n
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates n
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order execution n

nRequirements:

n• 5–7 years of experience in field sales and leadership role
n• Valuable communication and negotiation skills
n• Willingness to travel across Maharashtra
n• Target-oriented and self-motivated
