About VitaOne EducationVitaOne Education provides professional education and training programs in Functional Medicine, Clinical Nutrition, and Root-Cause Healthcare for doctors, nutritionists, health coaches, and other healthcare professionals.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their requirements, explain our programs, and support qualified prospects through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand prospects' professional and career goals.
- Explain course curriculum, program structure, fees, and enrollment process.
- Respond to customer questions and handle objections professionally.




- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM/dashboard.
- Work toward monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams when required.
- Provide regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, inside sales, telecalling, counselling, or education sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional communication over phone and WhatsApp.
- Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain information clearly.
- Comfortable handling objections and working toward sales targets.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, Whats
