Our co-founder Payal Tandon, the world‘s #1 GMAT instructor, has guided tens of thousands of students to their target scores. Rather than scaling through more instructors, we encoded her pedagogy into AI-powered products. NYour mandate is to deliver 15% quarter-on-quarter business growth across e-GMAT and Prism Learning Academy. You will define where that growth should come from, build the strategy to achieve it, and develop the team and systems that turn it into a repeatable capability.

nThe scope spans our businesses. You will make choices about customers, products, positioning, channels and investment - and remain accountable for how those choices add up to growth. As the chance expands, you will help shape and expand the team needed to pursue it.
