Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery and growth of enterprise customer projects. The ideal candidate will combine Project Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, and Solution Delivery skills to successfully implement solutions that meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.
You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to manage projects, define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive successful solution adoption across Microsoft and enterprise technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise application and digital transformation projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and delivery plans.
- Track progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, business users, and delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.




- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Solution Leadership
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to design scalable business solutions.
- Support delivery across Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, and .NET solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet business, security, and governance requirements.

Team Leadership & Quality Assurance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, business analysts, and QA resources.
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, change management, and user adoption activities.
- Maintain project and solution documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise solution delivery, technology consulting, business applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Product
