nNAS Bookkeeping Plus provides bookkeeping and back-office accounting support to Australian businesses and accounting firms. Based in Ahmedabad, our experienced, all-women team supports clients with bookkeeping, payroll, compliance support and financial reporting.
nWe work as an extension of our clients’ teams, with a focus on accuracy, transparent communication and consistent delivery. Our clients include hospitality businesses, service stations, property and investment businesses, and accounting firms.

nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an Assistant Manager – Accounts who can independently manage accounting and reporting assignments, review team members’ work and take ownership of reporting deadlines.
nA key part of this role is preparing and reviewing weekly and monthly Profit & Loss reports, investigating unusual variances and clearly explaining the reasons behind changes in business performance.

nKey Responsibilities




n• Prepare and review weekly and monthly P&L; reports and supporting schedules.
n• Analyse revenue, expenses and profit margins against previous periods and budgets, where available.
n• Identify significant movements, investigate discrepancies and provide clear commentary on findings.
n• Review general ledgers to identify missing entries, incorrect classifications and unusual transactions.
n• Ensure accurate accruals, prepayments, depreciation and other period-end adjustments.
n• Review bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations.
n• Manage month-end closing and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
n• Review team members’ work, provide guidance and resolve accounting queries.
n• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for outstanding information and clarifications.
n

nQualifications and Experience
n• CA, CA Inter or ICWA/CMA.
n• 4–6 years of relevant experience
