nAbout the role:
nThis is a role that offers endless learning opportunities. A customer Support Representative is a
ncritical part of Clinikally.com's user's journey. We require action-orientated and flexible
nproblem-solvers who will assist customers in resolving any and all customer facing problems
nwithin a fast-paced environment. You will will assist customers via phone, email and chat,
nutilising a variety of software tools to navigate customer flows, as well as researching and
nreviewing policies to communicate effective solutions.

nWhat you will do:
nCapability to identify what customers need and deliver suitable solutions efficiently
nand with professionalism.
nProper urgency, dedication, and attention to quality when addressing customer
nrequirements.




nSkill in managing disputes and establishing realistic expectations with customers.
nBuilding strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and
nregular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.
nCollaborate cross functionally with the brand marketing & tech team to ensure that
nnew customers are onboarded successfully.
nIdentifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
nEnsuring high repeat and retention from customers.
nBuilding up domain expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.
nProviding feedback on critical customer pain-points to internal teams.

nIdeal candidate:
nYou have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success role
nCompetency in utilizing email, chat, and phone calls for customer interactions.
nSkilled at comprehensively understanding and appropriately reacting to customer
