nWe are hiring on behalf of our client, a premium, high-touch longevity practice serving founders, executives, and HNI/UHNI clients in Recent Delhi.

nAbout the Role
nLead and grow the Relationship Management team, owning client retention, engagement, and overall client experience. Work directly with the Founder and Leadership Team on key business decisions.

- Own the CRM/Relationship Management function end-to-end; build annual vision and roadmapsn
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Relationship Management teamn
- Drive client retention through strong relationship managementn
- Handle high-stakes client escalations with maturity and discretionn
- Set team targets, conduct performance reviews, and track service qualityn

nWhat We're Looking For
n
- n
- 3–5+ years in frontline/Key Account Management, with 2–3+ years leading a teamn
- Experience with HNI/UHNI clientele or a premium/luxury service background (hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, etc.) n
- Exceptional English communication and people skills n
- Genuine interest in health & longevityn
