About DyVa AI
nDyVa AI is a revenue management and dynamic pricing platform for residential real estate developers. Our models price individual units by how desirable they actually are - floor, facing, Vastu, corner, view, velocity of comparable inventory - instead of one flat rate per sq ft with a floor rise on top.

nWhat you will own in the first 12 months

- n
- Access. Reach the people who actually set price at MMR developers - promoters, CRM heads, pricing committee members - and get in front of them. Target: 20 first meetings in 90 days, at least 12 of them with a real pricing decision-maker.n
- Pilots into revenue. 3 shadow pilots signed in the first 90 days, 2 of them converted to paid contracts by month 6.n
- A motion someone else can run. A documented decision map and sign-off thresholds across 30 developers, and a pitch and pilot script a second seller can pick up. Nothing critical lives only in your head.n
- Market truth back into the product. A weekly written feed of what clients actually said, tied to specific won, lost and stalled deals.



You bring the evidence; the product team does the prioritisation.n
- Referrals and scale. Turn closed accounts into a live referral channel, and hire and ramp the first AE under you once the model is proven.n

nWhat we are looking for
nMust have:

- 5+ years of personal enterprise selling – years leading deal closure and revenue, not just several years in a sales departmentn
- An active network among MMR real estate developers. This is the first criteria, not a preference. You should be able to name developers you can message today and get an answer from tomorrow, and know who sets the price theren
- Experience selling into owner-led and family businesses where the promoter signs personally, and comfort navigating committee-led structures toon
- Experience selling a current or still-developing product - a prototype, a first paid tool, something that was being built whi
