nWe are looking for an experienced Business Finance Leader to drive financial performance, profitability, revenue management, and strategic planning for our Cash Business Unit .
n

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Lead Business Finance for the Cash Business Unit, driving revenue, EBIT and profitability targets.n
- Own revenue management and revenue assurance , ensuring zero/minimal revenue leakage.n
- Drive cost optimization, margin improvement and operational efficiency across the business.n
- Identify and reduce financial/operational losses across IAD, Non-IAD and WLA operations.n
- Monitor and manage customer SLA penalties and their financial impact.n
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning and financial performance reviews.n




- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.n
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and financial discipline.n
- Lead, mentor and develop high-performing finance teams.n

nCandidate Profile

- n
- 15+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A; / Commercial Finance / Revenue Assurance .n
- Strong experience in P&L; management, profitability, cost optimization and revenue management .n
- Experience in Payments / Banking / Financial Services preferred.n
- Strong understanding of revenue leakage, financial controls and business performance.n
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.n
- Proven experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.n
- Solid leadership, communication and people-management capabilities.n
