nJob Overview The Senior Vice President – National Sales will be responsible for defining, driving, and executing the nationwide sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across multiple product categories (including plywood, decorative veneers, solid surfaces, laminates, architectural products, and wall solutions). This executive role holds full P&L; accountability, managing large multi-regional teams, expanding a pan-India dealer/distributor network, and driving high-value institutional and project sales through architects, real estate developers, and EPC contractors.

nKey Responsibilities:
n• National Sales Leadership & P&L; Management: Formulate and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), manage pricing strategies, segment profitability, and set national revenue targets to maintain overall P&L; accountability.




n• Channel & Distribution Expansion: Scale and optimize the pan-India distributor, dealer, and retail ecosystem, implementing structured dealer management systems (DMS) and channel engagement/loyalty programs.
n• Institutional & Project Sales: Lead key account management (KAM) strategies to secure product specifications directly with top-tier architects, PMC consultants, interior designers, commercial builders, and institutional buyers.
n• Solution & Concept Selling: Drive the transition toward value-added product categories by championing solution-led and concept-based selling models across multi-regional markets.
n• Sales Transformation & Digitalization: Oversee the adoption of CRM tools, project tracking systems, and digital sales workflows to streamline forecasting, execution, and customer management.
