About the Role

Position: UX Designer / Business Analyst

DocOnline is looking for an experienced UX Designer/Business Analyst with a robust understanding of healthcare workflows to lead user research, requirement gathering, business requirement documentation (BRDs), user journey design, and experience optimization across our digital healthcare products. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, operations, product, and technology teams to translate complex healthcare processes into intuitive, user-centric experiences. The role requires expertise in user research, information architecture, workflow design, usability testing, and product thinking,



with a deep understanding of patient and provider journeys.

Responsibilities
- User Research & Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Technology to understand business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user interviews, contextual inquiry, workflow analysis, and usability studies across healthcare journeys.
- Identify user pain points, process gaps, and opportunities for experience improvement.
- Translate business requirements into user personas, journey maps, user stories, and use cases.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and validate functional and user experience requirements.
- Business Requirement Documentation (BRD)
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) covering:
- Business objectives
- Functional requirements
- User workflows
- Process maps
- System interactions
- Data requ
