nWe are seeking an experienced Yardi Administrator to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Yardi Voyager platform. This role will support the company's vertically integrated multifamily real estate operations by managing system administration, user support,



integrations, reporting, security, and ongoing optimization of Yardi applications.

nKey Responsibilities
nSystem Administration
n
- n
- Administer and maintain Yardi Voyager and associated modules.n
- Configure system settings, workflows, security roles, and user permissions.n
- Manage user provisioning, access requests, and role-based security.n
- Monitor system performance and coordinate upgrades and releases.n

nBusiness Process Support
n
- n
- Collaborate with Accounting and Property Operations to improve business processes.n
- Configure workflows for acquisitions, dispositions, budgeting, leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting.n
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities within Yardi.n

nReporting & Analytics

- Develop and maintain custom reports using Yardi, SQL, Excel, and Power BI (preferred).n
