The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and securing meetings with key decision-makers within target organizations.

Key Responsibilities Appointment & Lead Generation
- Generate qualified appointments and discovery meetings for the sales leadership team.




- Identify and engage decision-makers through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other outbound channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of prospective customers.
- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and business needs.
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and convert them into meetings.

Market Development
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies for the US market.
- Create targeted outreach campaigns for specific industries and accounts.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness.

Relationship Building
- Establish professional relationships with business leaders and decision-makers.
