About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can apply Innova’s established brand identity accurately, quickly, and consistently across digital, print, social media, website, and physical branding requirements.
This is an execution-focused role for a designer with a solid eye for detail, excellent visual discipline, and the ability to deliver high-quality creative assets within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Creatives
- Design creatives for Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email campaigns




- Adapt existing master templates while maintaining brand consistency
- Create campaign visuals aligned with marketing objectives

Marketing & Sales Collateral
- Design brochures, one-pagers, company profiles, pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
- Develop marketing collateral for all three Innova verticals
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials

Centre Branding
- Create and adapt designs for signage, wayfinding, event branding, merchandise, and other physical branding requirements
- Ensure brand identity is maintained across Innova centres and events

Social Media
- Create engaging, consistent, and on-brand social media creatives
- Maintain visual consistency across Innova’s social media presence
- Deliver creatives according to the content and campaign calendar

Brand Consistency
- Follow established guidelines for colours, typography, spacing, layouts, imagery, and logo usage
- Maintain high standards of visual accurac
