nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build robust client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Monastic Media. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for media and storytelling, and a proactive approach to sales and partnerships.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market researchn
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, agencies, and partnersn
- Pitch Monastic Media’s services, content offerings, and creative solutions to prospective clientsn
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to develop customized proposalsn
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership termsn
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM toolsn




- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market insightsn
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsn

nRequirements & Qualifications
n
- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred)n
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (media/advertising preferred)n
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsn
- Ability to understand creative/media products and translate them into client valuen
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentn
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plusn
