nKey Responsibilities:

- Deliver a refined and personalised customer experience aligned with the GBJ brand philosophy

- Assist clients in discovering jewellery pieces suited to their style, occasion, and preferences
N
- Build strong client relationships and nurture repeat clientele through exceptional service

- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining premium service standards
N
- Present jewellery collections with confidence, sophistication, and product understanding
N
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation standards
N
- Handle customer queries, customisation requests, and after-sales interactions professionally
N
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and inventory management
N
- Represent the brand gracefully during exhibitions, launches, and special events
N
